9 October Karma's a Bitch, Ain't It? October 9, 2020 By Barry General, Politics Covid-19, Infections, White House 0 It's literally impossible to keep up with the never-ending avalanche of lies, misdirection, obfuscation, misinformation and just straight up bullshit that comes out of the White House these days but suffice it to say Trump knows he is going to lose in a landslide and he's beginning to get desperate. His diagnosis last week with Covid-19 and subsequent brief hospitalization and Walter Reed medical center have done nothing to change the president's behavior and attitudes towards this plague that has now claimed over 210,000 lives and sickened over 5 million Americans. This president, to put it bluntly, doesn't give a fuck. The death of your mother, brother, father, sister, grandmother, grandfather, uncle, aunt, cousin, in-laws, the list can go on and on and it does go on and on, but for Trump it means nothing because until now it has not happened to him. A person who is not a narcissistic bag of donkey shit might actually stop and consider their position on this virus after having been sickened by it, but then, Donald Trump actually is a narcissistic bag of donkey shit, so what do I know? The guy gets infected with a deadly disease, spreads it to over 30 people (and counting) in the White House by refusing to wear a mask and wandering all over the campus shedding virus particles. And he's been making videos. Typical Donald Trump bullshit talking points, off the top of his head rambling nonsense videos. While the White House refuses to disclose when the president last had a negative test for Covid-19, if what we know so far is true, then the most likely infection point was when he recently hosted a Gold Star Family event at the White House. Trump was reported to have said in a recent interview on Fox Business, you know, where he won't get any actual questions thrown at him, that the families of fallen soldiers who attended got within an inch of his face, hugging him and kissing him. Photos like the one here show the White House seated guests right next to each other at the indoor event, and very few of these fucking morons wore masks. There is not a whole lot that can be done to combat willful ignorance. And make no mistake, that is what we have been witnessing for the last 4 years of this unmitigated fucking disaster of an administration. The damage that has been done to America's reputation on the world stage will take years, if not decades to repair. If there is any good to come out of the Donald Trump presidency, let it be the enactment of laws and/or regulations that will prevent any future presidents from being so destructive to our beloved institutions. The Founding Fathers could not possibly have prepared us for an Executive who is completely lawless and without moral character. Nonetheless, that is where we find ourselves. On November 3rd you have an opportunity to vote for, in the words of Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, a "...race baiting, xenophobic religious bigot" On the other hand, how do you think Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina feels about former Vice President Joe Biden? Not, the arrogant, Trump-brown-nosing, right-wing talking point regurgitating version of Lindsey Graham, but the actual human being underneath Donald Trump's tiny little thumb. What does that formerly respectable person really think about Joe Biden? Let's let him tell us... Related Posts You Thought Trump Was Bad? You ain't seen bad yet. Ron DeSantis is everything Trump is. The Civil War did not solve the problem of slavery. Oh, sure, it effectively ended the practice of slavery in the United States and hey, it only took us a little over 100 years longer than most of the rest of the civilized world, but that's how America rolls, ain't it? We do the wrong thing over and over and over again and again and again until it huts so much that we finally, at long last and only begrudgingly do the right thing. Comment (0) Comments are closed.
